Down Under Construction
is a full service General Engineering Class “A” Licensed
Contractor. We provide a complete civil/site package; grading,
underground wet utilities, dry utilities, concrete, landscape and
paving. Our business has been in operation for over two years now,
managing work in the Greater Sacramento, El Dorado and Placer
County region while continuing to grow and expand our services.

fully licensed, bonded and insured corporation. Our owners and
staff all have in excess of twenty years of site work and
underground experience in the local region. We have built a vast
network of working relationships, with general building
contractors, subcontractors, inspection agencies, geo technical
firms, engineering firms and Cal OSHA, and have strived to build a
beneficial rapport inside these relationships.
